Randy is a farmer in East Central Illinois. He started Integrated Precision, formerly known as RA Seeding Solutions, in January 2010 as a dealer for Precision Planting.

As a farmer with a high-tech farming operation, Randy wants to stay on the cutting edge of developments to take your yield to the next level. Randy enjoys meeting with growers to talk about the issues they face on their farm, as he is always looking for the best solution — for his own fields and yours.

Clayton has been a part of Integrated Precision, formerly known as RA Seeding Solutions, since early 2019, working both as a dealer associate and a producer with Randy. He has an extensive agronomic background which includes in-field and in-cab experience.

Matt grew up on a corn and soybean farm in Central Illinois and knew agriculture is where he wanted to be. He went on to the University of Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ag Economics. After school he started a career in ag retail as a Crop Specialist at Ag-Land FS.

Over his 14-year career as a Crop Specialist, Matt’s professional and expert advice helped him establish successful partnerships with growers throughout Central Illinois. He earned his Certified Crop Advisor designation in 2002.

Matt’s experience in ag retail allows him to bring unbiased insights to help make decisions that drive grower profitability.

Paul enjoys everything related to agriculture – from working on a local dairy farm through high school and college to figuring out how to implement the latest in ag technology.

After graduating from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College with a degree in Agri-business, Science, and Technology he gained experience in different roles in ag retail eventually finding a true passion in precision agronomy. Over the course of more than 15 years, he has worked with growers from Central Wisconsin to Central Illinois giving him a unique perspective on technology, tools, and insights. He has been a Certified Crop Advisor since 2009.

Additionally, Paul is well acquainted with several GIS platforms including: SST, SMS and MapShots AgStudio, and he is also a Precision Planting Certified Technician.

Tyler’s passion for agriculture started from his college days working on local farms in Central Illinois.

Since graduating from Illinois State University, Tyler has worked with growers in several capacities. He owned and operated his own precision soil sampling & seed business before moving into ag retail. During his more than 25 years of experience, Tyler’s worked with growers on fertility, seeding, and precision farming. The long-standing relationships he has created allows him to service growers and provide them with profitable management options.

Melissa is passionate about providing a superb customer experience. Her contribution offering at Progressive Ag Services (PAS) is her dynamic life experiences. She is committed to advancing her customers' success to the next level with the products and services our PAS team offer.

Raised on Burroughs Farms LLC in Morton, IL, Melissa's journey led her away from agriculture until 2013, when she teamed up with her brother Scott Burroughs at Bottom Line Solutions as the Office Manager. After 11 years of success there she joined the PAS team in June 2024.

She is married to Kevin Mohr and is the proud mother of two wonderful daughters, EmiLee Lindenbaum and Madi Mohr and Yaya to two beautiful granddaughters.
